When every site has its own needs
- Different hours everywhere. One site hires for early mornings, another for evenings. Every role has its constraints, which have to be checked with every candidate.
- Swamped site managers. They know the work but don't have time to call every candidate.
- High turnover. In frontline roles, you hire often. The same work starts over every month.
How the JobTetris integration works
- Connect. An admin on your recruiting software authorizes Delectus to read your jobs and applications.
- Import. Jobs, applications and resumes come in automatically, read-only.
- Prescreening. The agents check each site's requirements with the candidates.
Why a JobTetris integration with Delectus?
JobTetris is your recruiting software: it keeps your job ads and applications in one place. Delectus adds what no tracking software does on its own: reading every resume, contacting every candidate and checking that they can do the job under the site's conditions.
Frontline hiring often comes down to simple constraints: a schedule, a location, a way to get there. The agent asks everyone these questions the same way and saves the answers to the candidate profile.
Example: a cleaning company across ten sites
A cleaning company is always hiring custodial staff for about ten client sites, with very early morning or evening hours. The jobs go out from JobTetris. In Delectus, each job specifies the site and the shift, and applications are ranked on experience and proximity.
The SMS prescreening agent asks each candidate whether they can start at 5:30 a.m., whether they live within thirty minutes of the site and when they're available. The answers come in sorted by criterion. The operations manager only calls the ones who fit, or has a meeting offered to them directly.
Candidates often reply in the evening, after their workday. The agent handles those replies as they come in, and the next morning the manager finds, in each job, the list of candidates who confirmed their hours. All that's left is to call the ones they want to meet or approve the meetings the agent offered.
Texts, follow-ups and a call
Many frontline candidates respond more readily to a text than to an email. The agent introduces itself as an AI, asks for their consent, then talks with them in simple language. If there's no reply, it follows up twice, then the voice agent calls. If the person still can't be reached, you're notified.
Past candidates aren't lost. They stay in your Delectus candidate database, and when a new site opens a role, the ones who live nearby are suggested to you.
Track hiring site by site
Each job has its own kanban pipeline: candidates received, contacted, prescreened, interviewing, hired. The operations manager sees where each site stands and can split interviews between area supervisors with tasks. A notification lets them know as soon as a candidate replies to the agent. When a site has to hire urgently to replace someone who left, they know right away whether prescreened candidates are already waiting.
Your JobTetris data stays untouched
The connection only reads your jobs, applications and resumes. Nothing is changed in JobTetris. The imported data is hosted in the European Union and isn't used to train any model.
