Recooty integration: who does what?
Recooty is recruiting software designed for small teams, used to post job ads and track candidates. Delectus steps in after the application. AI reads each resume, checks for the degrees or certifications the job asks for and explains its ranking.
The summary lays out each candidate's strengths and gaps, and the AI chat lets you ask a specific question about a resume, for example whether the candidate has led group classes before.
Example: six trainers for four clubs
A gym network is hiring six trainers for four clubs before the fall. The job ads are posted from Recooty. Delectus surfaces candidates who hold the required certification and have club experience, and the SMS prescreening agent asks them which time slots they can cover, at which club and starting when.
The answers come in sorted by criterion. Each club manager sees the candidates available for their club and has a meeting slot offered to them on their calendar, synced with Outlook or Teams.
The same process works for front desk and membership sales roles. The criteria change, with sales skills and opening hours mattering more than certifications, but the agent checks them the same way. Candidates who don't fit one club but could fit another stay visible across the network.
Candidates contacted without delay
The agent introduces itself as an AI and asks for the candidate's consent before asking the job's questions. The conversation can also happen on WhatsApp. If there's no reply after two follow-ups, the voice prescreening agent calls, and you're notified if the person still can't be reached. Nobody is set aside without your decision.
Prepare the club manager's interview
A club manager hasn't always run many interviews. The kit Delectus prepares for the trainer role gives them the questions and criteria: club experience, how they'd support a beginner member, how comfortable they are presenting a membership. They can also run a short role-play. The report pulls their notes together, and the network lead can compare the candidates picked by the different clubs.

Delectus reads your jobs and applications without writing anything to Recooty. Data is hosted in the European Union and isn't used to train any model.
